The Smart Security Console, working in conjunction with the DetectIT Security Manager Suite, is designed to address the ever increasing burden and cost on the IT department to meet security and regulatory compliance requirements.

DetectIT is IBM i5/OS V6R1 ready.

This major OS release sees some ISV's using non IBM 'system state' programs having to rewrite large chunks of their software if they are to remain competitive, as these will no longer be supported by V6R1.
