Safestone Announces DetectIT is v6r1 ready

DetectIT Version 12.3 is the first release of the DetectIT Security Manager which is fully compatible with IBM’s V6R1. Safestone continues to reinforce its commitment to the IBM midrange space. Considerable preparation and regeneration took place to ensure this compatibility was available as soon as possible for our clients looking to move to the latest IBM Operating System release.
The new release of DetectIT also provides the backbone for a new user front end - the Smart Security Console, which can be used to complement the existing audit, compliance and connectivity functionality via a simple interface. Now, from one place, an administrator with minimal security training can schedule, generate and view all DetectIT reports. This interface also provides ‘favorite’ processing and emailing of results.
